2 tablespoons Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, divided 4 pork chops (about 1 pound) 1 teaspoon Wildtree Gourmet Sea Salt: All Purpose, divided ½ red onion, chopped 12 ounces Brussels sprouts, halved 1 apple, sliced 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar ½ cup Wildtree Sweet & Smoky Glaze 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Heat 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
2 Season the pork chops using ½ teaspoon Gourmet Sea Salt: All Purpose. Sear until browned on both sides. Transfer to a greased sheet pan. 3 Toss onion, Brussels sprouts, and apple with remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, apple cider vinegar, and remaining ½ teaspoon Gourmet Sea Salt: All Purpose. Spread mixture around the pork chops on the sheet pan. 4 Generously brush pork chops with Sweet & Smoky Glaze. Roast for 20 minutes or until cooked through: 145°F. 5 Serve with additional Sweet & Smoky Glaze if desired.

8 ounces mascarpone 1 cup heavy cream 2 tablespoons Wildtree Coffee Mousse Mix 1 tablespoon hot water 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon rum 12 lady fingers 1 Whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, and Coffee Mousse Mix to stiff peaks by hand or with a mixer.

2 Stir hot water with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Stir in rum. 3 Tear 6 lady fingers into pieces and press into 6 small serving cups. 4 Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the rum syrup over each lady finger. Top each with a layer of mousse mixture. 5 Top mousse with another layer of torn lady finger, rum syrup, and mousse mixture. Smooth top layer of mousse using the backside of a butter knife. 6 Sprinkle cocoa powder on smoothed top layer, and finish with a coffee bean if desired.

Cover and simmer over medium to medium-low heat for about 15-20 minutes until potatoes are tender. 3 Make 4 wells in the potatoes using the back of a spoon. Crack an egg into each well. 4 Cover the pan and continue cooking until eggs reach desired doneness; about 7 minutes for medium eggs.

1 pound ground pork 1 tablespoon Wildtree Italian Sausage Seasoning 1 yellow onion, diced ½ pound potatoes, diced 4 cups Wildtree Chicken Bouillon Soup Base, prepared according to package directions 1 (15.5 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 bunch kale, chopped ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup heavy cream
1 In a large saucepan, sauté ground pork with Italian Sausage Seasoning and onion over medium-high heat. Drain any excess fat. 2 Add potatoes and prepared Chicken Bouillon Soup Base. Bring to a boil. 3 Cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook until potatoes are tender. 4 Add beans and kale. Cook for 5 minutes more. 5 Stir in salt and heavy cream.

1 tablespoon Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil 1½ onions, diced 2 pounds butternut squash, peeled and diced 2 apples, peeled and diced 1 package Wildtree Simple Stuffing Mix 6 cups water 2 cups whole milk 1 Heat Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for about 7 minutes until soft and translucent. 2 Add the butternut squash, apples, Simple Stuffing Mix, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until squash is tender. 3 Puree soup until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender. 2 pie crusts (top and bottom) 1 stick unsalted butter 3 tablespoons flour ¼ cup water ½ cup Wildtree Apple Cranberry Jam 8 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and sliced 1 egg, beaten 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place bottom crust in pie dish.

2 Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until a paste forms. Whisk in water and Apple Cranberry Jam. 3 Toss the mixture with the sliced apples. Transfer apples to the pie dish. 4 Cover pie with a top crust; make a lattice crust or just cut a few slices in the dough to allow steam to vent. Brush dough with egg. 5 Cover pie with foil and bake at 425°F for 10 minutes. 6 Reduce heat to 350°F and cook for 45-55 minutes more or until apples are tender. Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking to brown the crust.
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs in a zip-top bag or in a food processor. Transfer to a mixing bowl and toss with Organic Coconut Oil until completely combined. 2 Press graham cracker crumbs into the bottom and sides of a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes; cool. 3 While crust is cooling, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in crushed pineapple, Pineapple Jalapeño Jam, and whipped topping until completely combined. Transfer to pie dish. Chill for 4 hours or overnight for best results. 4 Top with toasted coconut before serving.
CRANBERRY PIE Serves 8
60-70 minutes

1 pie crust 16 ounces frozen cranberries 1 tablespoon cornstarch ½ cup Wildtree Cranberry Jalapeño Jam ½ cup oats ½ cup flour ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup brown sugar 7 ounces whole pecans ¼ teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crust in pie dish. 2 Toss cranberries with cornstarch. Stir in Cranberry Jalapeño Jam. Transfer cranberries to pie dish. 3 Mix together oats, flour, sugar, brown sugar, pecans, and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in melted butter until completely combined. Top pie with mixture. 4 Bake for 40-50 minutes or until cranberries are tender and filling is bubbling.
SPICED DARK CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE Serves 8

1 pie crust 6 ounces dark chocolate 1 cup heavy cream, divided 2 tablespoons Wildtree Spiced Cranberry Jam 4 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened ¼ cup powdered sugar 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Place crust in a pie dish. Using a fork, poke many small holes in the dough. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is cooked through and golden brown.
2 Meanwhile, prepare filling. Microwave dark chocolate, ¼ cup heavy cream, and Spiced Cranberry Jam for 30 second increments until chocolate is melted. Stir in between each round; set aside. 3 Whip remaining ¾ cup heavy cream to stiff peaks; set aside. 4 In a stand mixer, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add chocolate mixture and beat until completely combined. 5 On low speed, add in whipped cream until completely combined. Transfer to prebaked crust. Chill for 4 hours or overnight for best results.
