Chicken Mushroom Florentine 5 SERVINGS

1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes 1 tablespoon flour

2 cups low-sodium chicken broth 1½ cups low-fat milk ¾ cup Wildtree’s Alfredo Extraordinaire 8 ounces linguine 2 cups baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sauté until golden brown. 2. Add mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. Sauté for 5 minutes. 3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute more. 4. Stir in chicken broth, milk, and Wildtree’s Alfredo Extraordinaire. Add pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until pasta is tender. 5. Stir in baby spinach. 12 ounces gluten-free pasta ½ cup low-fat milk ½ cup Kids Cheez Blend 1 cup peas ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 tablespoon Smoky Bacon Grapeseed Oil DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside. 2. Combine milk and Kids Cheez Blend in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat and whisk until smooth and thickened slightly. 3. Toss cooked pasta and peas with prepared sauce and shredded cheddar cheese. Transfer to baking dish. 4. 1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Empty the bag of Seasoned Bread Crumbs into a medium-size bowl. Beat egg in a separate bowl.

Roasted Turkey with Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts 8 SERVINGS 70 MINUTES INGREDIENTS

1 (2 pound) turkey breast 3 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil, divided 1 tablespoon Lemon Pepper Blend

2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved ¼ cup Apple Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup Apple Cranberry Jam 1 cup dried cranberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place turkey breast in a roasting pan and pat dry. Brush with 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and season with Lemon Pepper Blend. Roast turkey for 1 hour or until cooked through: 165°F. 2. Toss Brussels sprouts with remaining 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and spread in even layer on a sheet pan. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until tender and starting to brown slightly around the edges. 3. Meanwhile, combine Apple Balsamic Vinegar, and Apple Cranberry Jam in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until mixture is reduced and has thickened slightly. 4. Slice turkey. Toss Brussels sprouts with dried cranberries and drizzle with balsamic glaze. ½ cup pearl barley 2 acorn squash, halved and cleaned 2 tablespoons Natural Grapeseed Oil, divided 1 onion, diced 6 ounces chicken Andouille sausage, diced 8 ounces mushrooms, quartered 2 tablespoons Cranberry Jalapeño Jelly DIRECTIONS

1. Cook pearl barley according to package directions. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with foil. Brush acorn squash with 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil. Place on sheet pan cut side up and bake for 30 minutes. 3. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onion, sausage, and mushrooms for 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender; transfer to a mixing bowl. 4. Stir in cooked barley and Cranberry Jalapeño Jelly. Fill partially cooked acorn squash with mixture and return to the oven for 10-15 minutes. Serve warm.
