1 Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Add corn during last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain and cool. 2 Arrange potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp on 8 skewers. Brush with Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil and season with Seafood Seasoning. 3 Preheat grill over medium heat. Clean and grease the grill grates. Cook skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side or until shrimp are pink and opaque. 4 Serve with parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

½ cup Panko bread crumbs 4 scallions, sliced 5 tablespoons mayonnaise, divided 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce 2 teaspoons Seafood Seasoning 1 egg, beaten 1 pound lump crab meat 2 tablespoons dill relish 1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil 4 whole wheat buns 4 lettuce leaves 1 tomato, sliced 1 Mix together panko bread crumbs, scallions, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, Worcestershire Sauce, Seafood Seasoning, egg, and crab. 2 Shape into 4 equal patties. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 3 Mix together remaining 4 tablespoons mayonnaise and dill relish to make a tartar sauce; refrigerate until serving. 4 Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab cakes for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through: 160° F. 5 Serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, and prepared tartar sauce.
