INVITED Wildtree hosts multiple annual events, bringing together like-minded and motivated Representatives. Reps always look forward to these networking events where they gather to sharpen their skills, learn from the best, and celebrate one another’s successes.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE
At some of our events, Reps have the opportunity to take part in a volunteer day. The project each year is dependent upon the location and an assessment of needs in the local community. These projects have ranged from packing over 33,000 meals for hunger relief organizations to giving of our time, talents, and treasures. We do this because we believe there is no greater gift you can give than your time. [38]
STIR is our annual conference, dedicated to business building and sharing ideas while networking with peers. It’s filled with fun and excitement as well as goal-setting and casting vision. Not only do we learn, grow, and serve together at this annual event, we also CELEBRATE! Our annual black-tie awards gala, The Frankies, highlights the tops in business and celebrates those who have set goals for themselves and their businesses and met or exceeded them!

RISE is an exclusive two-day leadership event for Team Leaders and Directors. At this event, the best get better, preparing to lead their teams into the future and develop more leaders. Team Leader is the first promote in rank from Rep. It is at this promotion Reps see a jump in pay and are able to focus on the leadership portion of their business. Like at STIR, we have a black-tie event to highlight the impact leaders have made on their teams at our annual IMPACT Awards.
