VISUALIZING THE LIGHT SPECTRUM Even though the human eye cannot see the entire light spectrum, certain areas are difficult for the eyes to see clearly, while other areas are very dangerous to your eyes’ health. CAPTIVATE lenses filter out harmful rays as well as light that confuses the eye, increasing clarity and definition with vibrant contrast and vivid detail. The visible light spectrum runs in a range of wavelengths from ultraviolet to infrared and is measured in nanometers. A typical human eye will respond to wavelengths from about 380 to 740 nanometers. CAPTIVATE lenses filter out eye-confusing light to make the color spectrum clearer. The result is increased contrast and greater clarity.
