The strength of the OUA and CIS is the collaborative efforts of each member institution to set the stage for the best environment to enhance the student-athlete experience. GOLDEN HAWKS VISITING TEAM EVENT GUIDE ARRIVAL & LOCKER ROOM INFORMATION Football Teams should enter University Stadium through the football doors located at the east end of the building. Visiting teams will have access to one Multi-Purpose room in the facility. The key to the dressing room may be obtained from staff members working at the Hawk Desk, and those acquiring it will be asked to leave collateral in exchange for the key (i.e.: personal keys or a driver's license). Please ensure that the dressing room is locked securely when not in use. Return the key to the Hawk Desk at the end of the game to reclaim your personal items. The bench used by visiting teams is located on the north side of Knight-Newbrough Field. Ice and water may be accessed through concession.

Lacrosse & Rugby Teams should enter University Stadium through the main entrance. Visiting teams will have access to one of the Multi-Purpose rooms in the facility. Basketball & Volleyball Upon arrival at the Athletic Complex, visiting teams will be greeted by a Hawk Desk employee. Keys may be obtained at the Hawk Desk in exchange for a personal item left as collateral (i.e., personal keys or a driver's license). Staff will direct the visiting team to their locker room, located on the lower level of the facility. Water and towels will be provided at the visiting team's bench.

Hockey Teams should enter the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex through the main entrance of the facility. The key to the visiting team's dressing room may be obtained from a staff member at the front desk. Teams can then load in through the side door.

LAUNDRY If a team has an extended stay at Laurier and requires uniforms to be laundered, please see a staff member at the Equipment Desk of the lower level of the Athletic Complex. Teams must leave their team name, number of jerseys and a desired pick-up time. Upon pick-up, teams will be required to sign in at the Equipment Desk.

During halftime, the court is washed. It is asked that the visiting team remain in their dressing room for at least eight minutes to allow for drying time. If the first game of a double-header runs past the start time of the second game, teams will have a 25-minute warm-up at the conclusion of the first game. A three-minute warning will be given, and the National Anthem is not played for the second game.
