Development I started my portfolio developing different works regarding different techniques. As I did my first 12 works I knew what I wanted to do. I decided to combine two things I really like and make them one, this means, combining comic and paint into one single work. The comic aesthetic was not the only thing I took into account, to change things around I introduced Piet Mondrian’s works, as I did some research on them, into mines. His structure was combined with my splashed of paint and comic-like figures. In addition to this, some other works are based on vignettes of comic books which were necessary for my development. Ultimately I ended up with what you are about to see.
