central square west ryde Architects: Anthony Vavayis & Associates Architects Client: TOGA Constructions Location: West Ryde | New South Wales Project Value: $100 million Year: 2013-2015

Central Square is a mix-use building in the West Ryde Urban village precinct. The building has retail on ground, 2 levels of basement carpark and 200 units apartments over 5 Levels. The apartment mix are 1 & 2 bedroom units. I assisted in various documentation on the project including marketing plans, construction documentation, bathroom details, windows and doors schedules.

north strathfield apartments Architects: Anthony Vavayis & Associates Architects Client: Piety THP Location: North Strathfield | New South Wales Year: 2014-2015

North Strathfield apartments is a proposal for 172 units apartment building. The proposal is two buildings arranged in a U, forming a green courtyard spaces for the residents. The apartment mix are 1 & 2 bedroom units. My role included checking the local DCP, LEP, SEPP65 and assisting in designing the layouts of the apartments. Other responsibilities includes 3D models, visualisation and CAD documentation.

Gregory Hills Private hospital is part of a new medical precinct in the new suburb of Gregory Hills. The building includes mix medical uses, hydrotherapy and a private hospital. My role was to design initial facade options, contribute with design development through 3d models and renders and draft the documents for development application.

Northbourne Ave. master plan Architects: Ancher Mortlock & Woolley Client: Land Development Agency Location: Canberra | Australian Capital Territory Year: 2011-2012

Ancher Mortlock & Woolley (AMW) was the original architects of the Northborne Avenue precinct, and was engaged to design a redevelopment masterplan. The idea of the proposed masterplan was to reflect the urban and architectural design significance of the original building developments.

Concept Sketches by Ken Woolley

The masterplan involves conservation and adaptive re-use of some of the original buildings while also proposing new apartments designed for contemporary living. I assisted in the documentation, 3D massing studies and 3D presentations.

CMRI redevelopment -stage one

Architects: Ancher Mortlock & Woolley Client: CMRI Location: Westmead | New South Wales Year: 2008-2014

Children Medical Research Institute (CMRI) Redevelopment is a five stage upgrade to the original CMRI building also designed by Ancher Mortlock & Woolley. I was involved with the 3d modeling, visualisation for marketing campaign, and also assisted with documentation for tender and construction. The render was created by using v-ray in sketch up then composed in photoshop.

two penny café Architects: Ancher Mortlock & Woolley Client: Ipoh Location: Sydney | New South Wales Year: 2012

The two penny café is located on Pitt street off the former General Post Office in Martin Place. It is the conversion of a vacant cart bay into a kiosk café. The existing site had an old gate which was important to the character of the heritage building. Works required was the removal and replication of the steel gate and to add a new sealed door. I was responsible for creating all the documentation drawings and details under the supervision of the director Phil Baigent.

Hotel O’Riordan Street is a proposal for a 238 room hotel across nine tower levels above a four storey podium with two levels of underground parking. In this project I assisted with documentation and created the 3D visualisation for DA submission.
