Check that they will accompany potential buyers during viewings. How much notice will they give you when bringing a potential buyer to your property? Feedback: You should have contact with staff after each viewing. What system do they have in place to provide you with feedback? If negative feedback is repeated, will they give advice on improvements that may help? Can they provide trusted tradespeople and quotes for any suggested work? Professional oversight: Do they have any estate agency or sales qualifications or are they members of an accredited independent ombudsman service?
