Defensive Driving Irving
Tire Pressure I remember the first time I was driving home from a far location. This was one of the scariest days of my life. The reason this day was so terrifying is that I had my first flat tire. I was miles from home, and where the flat tire occurred was while I was in the middle lane of a busy intersection. The popping of the tire was so loud and then I swerved. Luckily I missed the cars nearby, and was able to pull into the right lane to address the situation. I then called a tow truck and was towed to a nearby mechanic. To my surprise the reason for the flat tire was that there wasn’t enough air in the tire. I thought to myself, I could have avoided all this if I just paid a bit more attention to the pressure in my car’s tires. This was a lesson I wasn’t going to forget anytime soon.
