Managing your own portfolio Maintaining existing client relationships and developing new ones Liaising with tenants and landlords Rent arrears Conducting routine inspections Effective handling of maintenance and repairs Final vacate inspections Condition/entry reports Lease renewals and rent reviews Attending VCAT Providing top quality customer service All aspects of Property Management

This position is full time, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. There will be a requirement to work most Saturdays and time in lieu will be provided. About You: To become part of our team of trusted experts, you must share our strong focus on maintaining the best relationships with our clients and apply flexibility to their needs. It is critical you are honest, trustworthy, reliable and easy to get along with. You Must Also Have: • Strong relationship management skills with an outstanding customer service focus • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously • A good work ethic, drive and initiative • A strong personal brand and be professionally presented • Excellent time management, negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively prioritise • A current Agents Representative certificate • A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Whilst previous Property Management experience is highly desirable, it is not essential. A willingness and desire to learn and grow is more important. You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration and incentive payments, as well as provided with a company mobile phone and iPad.
