Contracted Procurement and Supply Chain Manager - Construction Alan liaised with internal functions Technical, Legal, Commercial, Quality and Finance to develop and co-ordinate the Information To Tender documentation for sourcing the gas line-pipes. Alan developed an objective assessment, adjudication process criteria for the EUR 3.5billion project for the Vienna based consortium.

Industry Sector: Automotive. • Alan managed the procurement of heavy stamping capital equipment and robots for the mass production of car body components incl. complete doors, tailgates and bonnets for major OEM’s, incl. Ford, VW, Porsche, BMW, Audi and Renault. • Alan developed business plans with partners to manage the supply of components at each build phase from prototype tools whilst series tooling was under construction.

ERP systems for effective material management and control.
