, Thank God For His Deliverance Psalm 9:1-5 I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvelous works. I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most high. When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence. Today's message is the second in a two part series of being sustained by God and then thanking Him for His sustaining power and deliverance. That said, God's sustaining power is because of Him being all powerful and sovereign; therefore, being that He is the creator of everything and breathed the breath of life into humanity. The question now becomes, would God fail to sustain, provide for and save man? There is no problem that He can't solve, no illness He can't heal and no situation He can't bring you out of; for this He is worthy to be praised for His deliverance. God is the only One who knows all, sees all and can do all. God is the God who has no beginning or ending. Being that man lives in a fallen world due to sin, it is God who delivered us from remaining in such unrighteous conditions through the shed blood of His Son Jesus Christ. Delivering man from sin was to restore a broken fellowship between God and man. Believers, we have been given a second chance through the Lord's deliverance and have been given the greatest gift ever. Accepting Christ's atoning work receives God's gift of salvation and we now have a heavenly home not made with hands. God our deliverer; what a deliverer?
