People are afraid of trust. Everybody is playing some part, role. You become, with your own actions, self-exiled, and then you suffer.

Hypocrisy pays, and whatever pays seems to be valuable…gives you more nourishment for the ego - that’s the best policy.
Because you reject your feelings, hence the fear.
Accept them. What is needed is not repression or destruction,
you have to learn the art of creating harmony in your energies. If you know the art of it you can create beautiful music.

Nothing has to be cut, repressed, destroyed, rejected. All that existence has given to you is beautiful. If you have not been able to use it beautifully, it simply shows you are not yet artful enough.
It is wrong to take our lives for granted.
We are given only a raw possibility, a potential for life; we have to learn how to actualize it.
Compassion: to use your sex in such a way that it becomes love, your greed so that it becomes sharing.
Every energy you have can become its polar opposite, because the polar opposite is always contained in it.
You have to discover it, and the first step towards discovery itself is self-acceptance.
Accept yourself, rejoice in being yourself.
You can offer yourself to life only as a unique phenomenon.
Be yourself, authentically yourself.
Love yourself.
You are a vast universe! Slowly, as you become more conscious, you will be able to put things right, into their right places. You are topsy-turvy, that is true, but nothing is wrong with you. With a little rearrangement you will You can offer yourself to life only as a unique phenomenon
become a beautiful phenomenon.
Expression is life.
Repression is suicide.
Life is expression, creativity, joy.
Listen to your body, your heart,
your intelligence
Depend on yourself, go wherever your spontaneity takes you, and you will never be at a loss. And going spontaneously with your natural
life, one day you are bound to arrive at the doors of the divine.
If you want to be authentically true, then you will have to risk.
