Independently owned since 1977 Back in 1977, Frank and Voula Georgatos started a small take out with a dream; to serve homemade food at a good price, to the great people of Brighton. With hard work and the support of the community, a dining room was added in 1981, then another dining room in 1991. In 2007, to commemorate the 30th anniversary, The Georgatos Family conducted a complete renovation. Throughout the growth, the fundamentals that started it all were always at the forefront. We are proud to say that over 35 years later we are still going strong and love doing what we do and being part of the great community of Brighton. If you have never been to Vito’s, we hope you enjoy the experience. We pride ourselves on making as much of our food as we can in house, and only using quality ingredients. In today’s fast paced world, we still believe that time, effort and pride can be taken in cooking and that frying pans and ovens should be used more than microwaves. We would like to express our gratitude to all of our customers past and present, along with the great staff we have been blessed with.
