In 2021, Craghoppers installed 892 solar panels across 1,623m2 of roof to reduce energy consumption producing 23% of their current annual usage. Craghoppers have zero landfill for any waste from their facilities.
From reducing their carbon footprint, energy usage and having zero waste landfill, they take their commitment to the environment extremely seriously. In 2020, they won “Brand of the Year” at the Drapers Sustainable Fashion Awards in recognition of the progress they have made.
Craghoppers have reduced product packaging by 50% and only use recycled materials in their printing. They don’t laminate paper and source all paper from renewable sources (FSC Standard). Poly bags are made from Oxo plastic which is reusable, recyclable and biodegradable.
