Dear WCC Member: A New Beginning As you are aware, a new ownership team has taken the club reins. We have also taken on the task of completion and potential expansion of the Winchester planned community. When we first became aware of this development opportunity, our decision was unanimous. Simply put, Winchester has great bones! Add to that a committed, invested community and one can only envision a bright future. Rest assured that we are here for the long haul, dedicated to creating a foundation for long term sustainable growth while at the same time maintaining a quality lifestyle experience that our members have come to expect. Our Vision and The Path to Success WCC is presently operating at a significant loss. In the short run, that means an across the board 5% increase in membership dues, starting with dues billed for January 2019. However, with sales of new product combined with incentives for Golf/Social Memberships, sustainability will be on the near horizon. Increases in revenue will flow directly to WCC improvements in the Course, the Club and the attendant Club services. WCC is a spectacular, unique and valuable asset to the community and needs to be marketed accordingly. We were fortunate to attend the Taste of Winchester event this summer. Natalie Gulbis, an internationally known professional golfer, participated in the event. A Sacramento native, she remarkably
had no idea that WCC existed and was simply blown away by the beauty of the course and the charm of the community. With your help and strategically directed marketing strategies, WCC will increase membership and create stability resulting in increased property value for the Community and the Club. To facilitate that, we invite you to take part in the annual member satisfaction survey. The results of this survey will help us fine tune our operational objectives for 2019 and beyond.
