I'm so thrilled to introduce you to Hazel, my third collection for Windham Fabrics! Hazel was inspired by my love for vintage fabrics, quilting, and modern country style. I wanted this line to have a fresh modern feel, but still pay homage to my love for vintage prints and be a touch unexpected. While living in Ohio I would pack a lunch and my two year old in the car and drive through flea markets way out in the country. During my time there I amassed a wonderful collection of vintage prints, even a couple that inspired the florals of Hazel. I am a quilter so I love good basics, and I think the polka dots and stripes in this line will lend themselves wonderfully to quilts, clothes, and add color to your home projects. The blue's of Hazel are my favorite part of this line, I scoured through colors to find the perfect shades that are different, but blend together perfectly. I am so thrilled with Hazel and I have loved planning projects and sewing with it. I hope that you will love it and will enjoy sewing with it as I have! -Allison
