Orientation
FREE to New Members! The orientation session is your opportunity to learn to use the tness equipment properly and effectively. One of our engaging, professional personal trainers will guide you in how to use our state-of-the-art equipment to help you achieve your goals.
Personal Training
Fitness Center Member: $70/hr. • Fitness Center Non-Member: $85/hr. Our personal training program offers you one on one training tailored to meet your speci c tness goals. Childcare
Hours: Monday-Saturday from 8 am-Noon Included with Fitness Center PLUS Membership $15 for Basic & Non-Members / $5 each additional child Our child care staff provides a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children age 8 weeks and older while you work out at the Fitness Center or take a class here at the Community House. We welcome children for 1½ hours each visit.
Childcare Room Rental

Meet Your Fitness Center Trainers!
Karen Campion
Karen joined the Fitness Center as a Personal Trainer in 2022. Karen is an avid runner and group tness enthusiast, two joys she discovered at a young age. She is a true believer in the power of exercise and its many bene ts on the body, mind, and soul. Karen is an ACE Certi ed Personal Trainer with specialties in Functional Aging and Mat Pilates, along with a passion for functional body movement to improve daily lives.
Bob Davis
Bob has been assisting members of the Community House Fitness Center in reaching their tness goals since 2001. Bob enjoys working with seniors and teens as well as those with special needs including rehabilitation. Helping those in the gym complements Bob’s career in sports media that has taken him to multiple NFL Superbowls, and the NCAA Basketball Final Four. Bob is certi ed through the International Sports Science Association.
Dolores Ohlwein
Dolores has been assisting members of the Community House Fitness Center in reaching their tness goals since 1991. She enjoys helping clients maintain a healthy lifestyle by using the following methods: functional training, core/balance exercises, weight training, weight bearing exercises, and stretching. She is certi ed through the Idea International Association of Fitness Professionals with an emphasis in exercise and aging.
Patryk Ruta
Patryk joined the Community House Fitness Center team in February of 2020. With experience training serious athletes, weekend warriors, and everyone in between, Patryk has a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals. His expertise makes him an ideal trainer for athletes looking to build strength and boost their performance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Studies and is certi ed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Performance Enhancement Specialization). Patryk is also a Certi ed Functional Strength Coach.
Chris Treiber
Chris has been assisting members of the Community House Fitness Center in reaching their tness goals since 1996. His specializations are training for strength, functional movement, balance and older adult populations. Chris’s experience makes him one of the most sought out trainers on the North Shore. Chris is certi ed through the American Council on Exercise, the Functional Aging Institute (Functional Aging Specialist) and the Gray Institute (Applied Functional Science).
