This 3-part series will introduce the main components of leading a healthy lifestyle. Each week will be an interactive discussion with strategies and practical tips to get you thinking and putting new habits into practice. Workshop 1: Eat Real Foods will examine how eating better foods makes us feel better. We will discuss what foods we should choose more of and what to avoid. Workshop 2: Move More covers why regular exercise is so important, and how to nd what you enjoy and start doing it.
