Free digital movies, TV episodes, music and audiobooks–instantly! Winnetka-Northfield Public Library District cardholders now have instant access to free movies, music, audiobooks and television programs through a new library service called Hoopla. Hoopla’s ever-growing digital collection includes tens of thousands of titles some 100,000 CDs; 10,000 audiobooks; 3,000 movies; and 500 TV series. Find content from NBCUniversal, MetroGoldwyn-Mayer Studios, National
Geographic, BBC America, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros. Entertainment, Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group. To open your account online, start on our website and have your Library card number ready. Download the Hoopla app to your device. You can access all of the available titles from your smartphone, tablet and computer.
You can borrow, instantly stream and download selections to a mobile device for viewing without an internet connection wherever you are. All the content is available on demand. There is no waiting. Registration Opens Wednesday, December 3 The Studio classes are very popular! Due to limited class size and high demand, you are encouraged to register early. In addition to our classes, we have posted links to tutorials and design software on our website that can help you prepare your Studio projects.
Registration Priority Winnetka-Northfield Library District cardholders have priority registration for Studio programs until seven days prior to the class start date. Registration then opens to all other area library cardholders. You must have a library card to register.

News & Notes Study for Finals at the Library Need a place to study? Make the library your stop for all your final exam study needs. Extra space will be reserved in the library for group study with free snacks. On Sunday, January 18, we will serve pizza at 6pm and stay open until 9pm.

Studio Grand Opening: A Success! Hundreds of visitors celebrated The Studio Grand Opening in late October. In attendance were H. B. and Gerri Staffileno, family members of the late Constance E. Staffileno. The Studio was created with a gift from The Staffileno family to honor Constance’s love of art and art education. Thank you to Mr. and Mrs. Staffileno for driving down from Wisconsin to celebrate the grand opening with us.
