This is Mini Energetic speaking. Keeping fit is my favourite hobby and i love sweating all my fats out. I usually prefer exercising in the parks...


Because I’m aware it has more beneficial effects to exercise in a natural setting!

GREEN EXERCISE IS MY ALL-TIME FAVOURITE. Do you know that exercising in a natural settings, such as parks, has a more benefitial effect on our mental health? Some of the benefits includes enhanced tranquility, more relief of anxiety and depression!

Join the tai chi groups who gather in some of our parks and gardens. Breathe in the fresh air and listen to the sweet chirpings of the birds as you sway your body and swing your hands slowly in accordance to the instructor’s demonstrations! 9



Park Connectors

... And sometimes, i do extreme cardio by skating! Have a wheel of a time at our lovely parks with your family and friends! Slip on a pair of inline skates and glide along the parks and park connector network. If you do not own a pair of skates, fret not! Skate rental kiosks are available at selected parks and park connectors (PCN pitstops).


I absolutely love sweating my fats out. Do you know why I am obsessed with sweating so much? Because it helps your body to maintain proper temperature and keep you from overheating! It also expel toxins, which supports proper immune function and helps prevent diseases related to toxic overload. Kill viruses and bacteria that cannot survive in temperatures above 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. Lastly, it clean the pores, which will help eliminate blackheads and acne. Say no to pimples!

I don’t just exercise alone, but with my good peers too! Quality time spent...



If cycling on normal flat tracks is too easy for you, then take the risk and try mountain biking!
