Rustiq Fitness, based out of Church Farm in Winsley, is a great new way to exercise that takes it all back to basics.

ased within a beautiful farm Rustiq is a brand new fitness community for Winsley, Bradford on Avon and the surrounding areas.

Rustiq was founded by Fran and Arron, two passionate, experienced and knowledgeable trainers with a wealth of qualifications across all areas of fitness. They are supported by some of the best trainers in the area and are committed to providing enjoyable and effective workouts in a unique way. Rustiq takes exercise back to basics, from the equipment, much of it repurposed elements from around the farm, such as old tractor tyres, sand bags and drums, through to the raw and spacious farmyard and fields where various classes are held. There are a range of classes throughout the week, varying between Yard, a high reps and aerobic based “farm style” bootcamp, through to lower rep, heavier weight workouts in Grip and ending the week with Combine, a HIIT calorieburning workout on a Saturday. The different classes ensure clients get a fully balanced workout week designed to improve every area of physical fitness.
MEMBERSHIPS There are a number of flexible payment options including pay as you go, class passes and membership. There are no joining or cancellation fees, all they ask is that you try and attend all classes you have booked. 10
