Wiltshire's newest estate agent is behind a great Christmas inititative, 'Heart of Christmas' that will help bring festive cheer!
Daykin Estates was established earlier this year with the sole purpose of providing a personalised approach to the sales and lettings industry.

A family run business with over 20 years' combined experience they have the knowledge and understanding of the full sales and letting cycle to help ensure anyone who deals with them get a top notch experience.
As the company looks forward to its first Christmas the team is beginning a new tradition that sees them give back to the community. Their new ‘Heart of Christmas’ inititative is about helping people who need some extra Christmas cheer this year. Marketing Manager Ria Cummins says, "If the pandemic has taught us anything it’s to be kind and think of others around us. So many have struggled over the last 18 months, some have lost loved ones, their jobs and even their homes. We know it’s not possible to help everyone but the 'Heart of Christmas' appeal helps highlight those most deserving of our help."
All you have to do to get involved is nominate someone who you think is deserving of a special Chrsitmas surprise. Email your nominations to xmas@daykinestates.co.uk. Alternatively, you can also get in touch if you are a local business who'd like to play your part in planning the surprises!
Ria continues, "The heartfelt emails we have received already has shown us the struggles so many have had to endure and the kindness so many have shared with others around them despite their own struggles. It’s inspiring to read them all and the decision we make on who to help and how will be a hard one.
"As well as the 'Heart of Christmas' our team is also look to helping other people throughout the community by fundraising for local charities and sponsoring local schools and businesses, we feel this is more important than ever.
"We will be working closely with Westbury Leigh Community Centre to help them fundraise, by sponsoring and getting involved in various events going forward. The work they do at the Community Centre is so important and with no financial support from the Government, any extra help is appreciated.
"We will also be supporting a local charity, Alzheimer’s Support, with various fundraising events going forward. This will include a charity skydive next year, amongst other things! Again, the work Alzheimer’s Support do across Wiltshire is incredible and is something that is close to several of the Daykin Estates team member's hearts.
