Library
The Archive marzona is an internationaly known collection of modern art. Splitted in an exhibition space and the archive, the building should not only show art to it‘s visitors, the wish and aim of Egidio Marzona is to create space to give an different viewpoint on art. The monolithic Building gives the Archive the monumental surrounding for the pieces of it‘s collection and closes the Kulturforum to the south. The foyer opens itself to the outside and allows a view to the national gallery and the park on the otherside of the river. As an contrast to the openess of the entrance area the rest of the building is focused on the inside and the collection. Depending on different light situation and openings the visitor gets different perspectives on the buidling, the objects and the whole collection.

leaving the past behind combining rapidity and slowness in the future city
EUphoria 2012 | UT Vienna supervisor: Sasa Bradic In our time cities need to change relating to the speed and connection of data, flexibility of structure and infrastructure. EUphoria is a try to merge the real and the virtual world together in an futuristic concept city. It allows people to take benefit of the fast infrastructure, to take social standards from the Internet back into the real world and real places. Due to the needs the cities structure is able to adapt to the ever changing patterns of society in euphoria. The city houses 35 million people in a 2.5 x 2.5 x 9 km structure with a density compareable to New Dehli. Most of the infrastructure is vertical and connects different layers | housing, natural, maintance, structure free, etc.| and their horizontal movement.
