FEATURED TRACT

Dead Men DON’T Talk GLOW TIP #11 Contact Information

When eating at a restaurant leave a GLOW tract with your tip. It just could turn out to be food for someone’s soul.

The untimely death of Steve Irwin the “Crocodile Hunter” made world news. However his wife Terri’s attempts to make contact with Steve after his death did not.

“Trying to communicate with the dead is not a new idea.” Even Saul, Israel’s first king tried it; with disastrous consequences (1 Samuel 28).

REACHING OUT

A church hosted Thanksgiving dinner provides a great opportunity for church members to connect friends and neighbors with their church family. Don’t forget to place a stocked GLOW rack where guests can see it.

One reason so many people believe that the dead are still alive and able to communicate with the living is because of

Satan’s first lie, “You will not surely die.” (Genesis 3:4) The Bible clearly teaches that the dead are unable to return to us or to communicate with the living (Job 7:9, 10; Ecclesiastes 9:5, 6). This begs the question then, when someone thinks they are communicating with a dead person who are they really communicating with? Give someone an opportunity to learn more on this topic as they read this tract.

GLOW For The Youth

GLOW Plants A Seed

Have you ever thought that young people are not interested in spiritual things? An Adventist mother recently wrote: "...my 14 year old daughter Savanah, is attending a public High School for the summer. Two days ago she was sitting at her desk when the boy next to her opened his binder and pulled out two GLOW tracts! He began to read one of them. Then his friend asked him what he was reading? So he shared the tract with him. When they were fin-

Have you ever felt impressed to leave GLOW tracts in an unusual place? GLOW recently received the following email:

ished reading them he put them away. Savanah was amazed, she believes God allowed her to witness that experience to show her...that there are kids out there that really do want to know the TRUTH!” People share the same anxieties at any age.

"Hi, I was just wondering how can I get a hold of your bible literature tracts so I can share them to other people.

Do not be afraid to share a GLOW tract with a young person you might know. You just might be answering the cry of their heart.

I first came across the bible tracts while waiting in the E.R. at my local hospital. I had just suffered a bad spill on the ice and split open my chin, so I had to wait for an available doctor. Meanwhile, as I waited I noticed several bible tracts sitting atop a dusty television set in the corner of the waiting room. I started to read them and I found them to be very inspiring and thought-provoking. I was not a Christian then nor was I even saved, but after reading several of the bible

tracts they helped plant a seed in my mind and heart that evening. I look at it now as God's way of giving me His gift of salvation. He orchestrated an accident so that I would come across the GLOW bible tracts at the hospital and learn and yearn more for the Truth. I was not converted then and there, or even that same day; yet I felt reading those little bible tracts helped me to view life through a scriptural lens. Eventually, I diligently sought after the Truth and found it in my Lord and Savior Jesus. Thanks again and God Bless GLOW ministry." Don’t disregard the impression to leave GLOW tracts in an unusual place, it may be from the Lord.
