PICK-UP MENU GUIDELINES
DAY OF PICK-UP INSTRUCTION
All pick up orders will be picked up by the customer at the CAVR desk in Memorial Union or Union South.
Carts are available to transport your order to Memorial Union and Union South meeting rooms
• Carts must be returned to the CAVR desk 15 minutes after delivery.
PICK UP RULES, RESTRICTIONS AND FEE’S
Pick up menu options do NOT include setup or cleanup; the customer is responsible for all setup and cleanup.
• The room must be left in the same condition that it was in when you arrived. All trash must be properly disposed of in garbage bins.
• A cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms left unclean (up to $500)
Serving utensils, plates, cutlery, or tablecloths are NOT included in any pick-up order, those items must all be purchased with your order.
Alcohol service and Wisconsin Union linens are reserved for full-service catering only.
Pick-up menu items cannot be combined with full-service catering.
Maximum NON RSO pick-up menu order is $750 Any orders higher than $1000 need approval from WI Union Catering
Pick-up orders are not available to make within 7 days of your event
Pick-up orders cannot be cancelled within 7 days of your event, or charges will apply.

Writing Color Choice: red, yellow, green or white. Writing on cakes is limited to 18 characters (including blank spaces) on small sheet cakes and 36 characters (including blank spaces) on large sheet cakes.
