YOUR WISCARD ACCOUNTS There are two accounts in the Wiscard program: the Wiscard Account and Housing Resident Food Account. To pay by Wiscard, simply present your Wiscard at the time of purchase.
Wiscard Account
The Wiscard Account is accepted at more than 70 locations and can be used to make most purchases on campus. Use this account to: Buy meals and snacks Pay for textbooks, school supplies and computer accessories Copy, print or use vending machines on campus Go bowling, play pool and partake in other recreational activities Purchase tickets to on-campus concerts and theater events Pay for laundry in the residence halls And much more!
Housing Resident Food Account
The Housing Resident Food Account is a food account for students living in University Housing. Funds are automatically deposited based on the dining tier selected.

MANAGING YOUR WISCARD ACCOUNT ONLINE The Wiscard website provides a number of convenient services to make using your account easy. MAKING A DEPOSIT You can make a deposit to your Wiscard account in a number of ways.
Online: wiscard.wisc.edu
It is fast, easy and secure to make a deposit online. There is no need to log in. Funds are immediately available in the Wiscard account once the deposit has been completed. Accepted forms of payment are: eCheck (ACH)1 or credit card2
In Person
Please visit one of the following locations to make a deposit in person: Wiscard Office, Union South, 1308 W Dayton St Gordon Dining and Event Center (lower level), 770 W Dayton St University Housing Cashier’s Office, Slichter Residence Hall (lower level), 625 Babcock Drive Accepted forms of payment are: cash, check or credit card2
By Mail
Deposit forms available online at wiscard.wisc.edu/maildeposit. Complete and mail to the address listed on the form.
529 College Savings Plan
If a college savings plan has been established, please notify the financial institution to make the checks payable to UW–Madison. The 10-digit campus ID number and “Wiscard Account” must be referenced on the check. All checks should be mailed to: Wiscard Office 1308 W Dayton St Madison, WI 53715
