2022 TOTY Wrap-Up.

A huge congratulations to our 2022 Tenant Of The Year winners and finalists! After two years of COVID and being forced to celebrate with restrictions, it was wonderful to come together in one space with everyone at The Ary.

Every finalist received a goodie bag on the night, which included a leg of ham with thanks to The Sausage Man, and a bottle of sparkling. In addition, each of our category winners took home a set of glassware + 1 week FREE rent. Our overall Tenant of the Year Winner also won 1 month FREE rent.

We are very excited with our recent purchase of Hudson Homes Realty. Hudson Homes are well known building company who have built many homes in our local area over the years. They ran a great property management sector for over 7 years, and have now decided it is time to focus their energy solely on the building arm of their business. They approached us to take over their business based on our values, service and industry recognition for excellence.
