HOW TO USE THE FUTURE SCENARIOS

Future Scenarios are a framework to jumpstart innovative thinking about opportunity spaces and strategic positioning across multiple different possible futures. Our hope is that these scenarios can serve as a “mind opener” to engage leaders across industries and start a dialog.

Scenarios can inform strategy, increase organizational adaptability and ambidexterity while also introducing the joy of challenging the status quo and ideating new opportunities, which are intrinsically linked to uncertainty.
