Peacebird as a brand is gaining national and international status in the future and requires a strong brand image to retain its customers and increase market share. The headquarter building is the design financial - logistical hub for the brand and its subsidiaries. It serves as a home to the brand and is a place that people come to and love to work at. the beauty within 内在美 The circular headquarter building has a strong unifying character to the external environment but reveal spectacle, beauty and excitment at its central round courtyard. A sunken garden canteen with spectacular views, flower beds, trees and a canopy invite the visitor to linger and stay for a while. the peacebird flagship stores all face the courtyard as does the peacebird cafe. The main coorporate drop off is located at the centre also, guaranteeing a spectacular and impressive visit. 总部的圆形建筑同外部的环境有着强烈的统一的特征，也在它中央的的圆形庭院部分展示出了壮观，美丽和令人兴奋的一面。 拥有壮观景色，花坛，树木和天棚的下沉式公园，游客可在此漫步其中，稍做逗留。太平鸟旗舰店都面向中央庭院如太平鸟咖啡馆一般。主要的下车区也 位于中心处，给人留下一个印象深刻的参观。

Facade shading and external skin 外立面遮阳及建筑外皮 The circular headquarter building is clad in a typical double glazed curtain wall with external shading giving the building its strong identigy and character. Shading devices are needed for the southern part to protect from the midday sun as well as in the east and west to protect the inhabitants from glare in the early mornings and evening. The pattern options should be developed with Peacebird’s fashion designers to give it a unique identity. We envision floral patterns or an abstract pattern akin to the idea of the birds nest. A spiritual home to the brand. LED light are included into the facade to make it a shining display of its fashion and creativity. 圆形总部办公楼因为带外遮阳的双层幕墙外皮而获得 独特的个性， 南向的遮阳可以遮挡 午直射的阳光，而东西向的遮阳则可以在清晨 和傍晚过滤掉不舒服的眩光 图形方案需要由太平鸟的设计师来确定从而赋予其独特的个性，我 们认为花卉图案或者类似于鸟巢的抽象图案能体现品牌的内在 led光源被整合进外立面，灯光方案显示 其时尚性和创造性

Brand Image 品牌图片 Many of the worlds biggest brands have understood the impact of a strong brand identity which transcends beyond the the actual product they are producing and selling. Allowing customers, consultants and business partner to experience the brand not only by touching an i-pad or wearing a beautifully crafted dress but pushing the architectural boundaries of their headqurter and flag ship stores. These are examples of high end luxury brands and their strong vision as build in Tokyo, Japan. 很多世界著名品牌都明白，一个品牌本身的影响力远远超过它本身生产并销售的物品。允许顾 客，顾问或者商业合作伙伴可以真正体验到品牌的魅力，不止是通过触摸一台IPAD或者是穿着 一件时尚的服饰，还可以触动到品牌总部建筑和各个旗舰店的建筑边线。 这是一些高端奢侈品牌的案例，并且在日本东京已经建成强烈的视觉标识。

南入口 SOUTH ENTRANCE
The Hongqiao district in Shanghai is experiencing a boost in developments going hand in hand with the extension of the local airport and introduction of a large transport hub to west Shanghai. Sparch were asked to investigate the architectural potential of a site in the heart of the Hongqiao Linkong district. The site is split by a pedestrian corridor which is flanked on both sides by two retail strips.
The buildings are woven to create ramped access between the floors and pockets of activities on larger balcony areas, which allow access to the green roof gardens. Small cafes and restaurants line the route culminating at a sunken event plaza with landscaped terraces. The plaza and large parts of the pedestrian route are covered by ETFE cushions allowing for year round activities on the pavement below.
Stunning light displays during the dark hours promote the site not only on the ground but can be seen from incoming planes in close proximity too. From the south a foot bridge links into the Hongqiao Linkong site, encouraging the pedestrian use of the development. Towering above are office towers clad in a similar fashion to the retail areas; carrying the idea of weavings forth into the facades. SOHO units are proposed for the site in an effort to boost the community on site to make this a true 24-hour hub.

SUSTAINABILITY 太平鸟总部办公楼， 将为环境提供多种益处,使其成为世界级的低能源设计范例.项目 将减少能源和水的需求,更在设计过程中执行可持续性设计,施工期间建立环保规程来减 少碳足迹.本项目将提供对环境作长期性正面影响. 这些措施亦有益于 “LEED”绿色建 筑的认证申请获得高分.项目将结合被动式和主动式可持续性建筑设计. The Kunshan Waves project will offer benefits to the environment, which will make it a world class example of low energy design. This is undertaken by reducing the demand for energy and water as well as reducing its carbon footprint by implementation of sustainable principles during the design process and establishing environmental guidelines during the construction. The development will offer a lasting positive legacy to the environment. The measures presented will provide a good scoring should ‘LEED’ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification be desired. Both passive and active sustainable building practices will be integrated.
