Cultivating Self Love: Online
Objective: Self-love is a vital aspect of personal well-being and success. This workshop is designed to guide mentors on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through the practice of self-love Through activities and discussions, attendees will cultivate a more positive and compassionate mindset towards themselves.

From student to professional: Navigating the transition
Objective: Partner with young relevant professionals in various industries who can speak to how they navigated their transitions from being a student to professional.
Catering to students who do Vac work/practical’s etc. in professional degrees
FYE Mentor-Mentee Wellness Day
Objective: The Wellness Day workshop aim was to promote physical activity, mental well-being, and a sense of community among FYE Mentors and Mentees participating in the FYE mentorship programme to allow for mentors and mentees to connect on a fun sports day and develop their mentoring relationship outside of academics.
