Season Ticket Privileges are Non-Transferable

Season Ticket Holders do not have the right to transfer the seat locations designated by their tickets to any person, whether by a request to transfer the account into another name or by an attempt to transfer the seat locations or renewal privilege described below by sale, gift, transfer by will or trust, property settlement, transfer to creditors or any other means. It is important to the Mystics to protect and reward Mystics fans by allowing them the opportunity to upgrade their seat locations rather than allowing Season Ticket Holders to transfer accounts to friends or sell them to third parties. Therefore, any attempt to sell or otherwise transfer season ticket privileges to third parties will not be recognized by the Mystics and may result in cancellation of all season ticket privileges. Any court order directing distribution of season tickets to a person not listed as a Season Ticket Holder, whether in bankruptcy, or otherwise, will result in the Mystics exercise of its rights immediately to withdraw the license represented by the tickets, including any season ticket renewal privileges, upon refund by the Mystics of all amounts paid for games that have not yet been played. For the purposes of legal title to a season ticket account, the name appearing on the FIRST LINE of your mailing address label is the legal owner. Names or company names found on the second line are merely “contact” names.
