Box o Socks!
The West Jackson Middle FFA Chapter is collecting new pairs of socks to donate to those in need. When trying to find a new way to help members of our community we found that socks are one of the most needed yet rarely donated items. Our goal is to literally stuff a bus with boxes of socks! We are once again working with iServe Ministries to help distribute these items to community members in need, and we need your help! We are challenging each homeroom at West Jackson Middle School to help in this endeavor! We are asking each homeroom to collect new pairs of socks throughout the month of November. On Tuesday, November 29th, WJMS FFA will collect and count all the box o socks and declare a winner! The winning homeroom will receive a breakfast party the following week, and the teacher will receive a special prize, too! Please feel free to share information about this sock drive with anyone you think would help donate! No donation is too small!
