Since 1997 the gallery is specializing in Austrian and international modern art, showing especially Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele, Alfred Kubin, Lyonel Feininger, Karl Schmidt-Rottluff, George Grosz and E.L. Kirchner but also post-war art by artists such as Günter Brus, Hermann Nitsch, Arnulf Rainer, Franz West, Elke Silvia Krystufek or Max Weiler. W&K - Wienerroither & Kohlbacher regularly participate in important national and international art fairs such as TEFAF Maastricht or TEFAF New York. In 2013 W&K associated with the New York based gallery Shepherd W&K Galleries.
