Among the hustle and bustle of the end-of-semester, students and staff from across WKU united in the Downing Student Union for a first-of-its-kind event over their shared obsession: TopperFella
The small, round collectibles have been hidden on campus since fall 2023, and for the first time, the community came together for TopperFella Trade Day, which allowed collectors and enthusiasts to grow their collections

The WKU Student Government Association held its first meeting of the 25th Senate on Tuesday, April 22, where the newly-elected Senate was sworn in by former Speaker of the Senate Sarah Vincent.
Newly-elected Student Body President Rush Robinson also appointed the members of the Cabinet: Senior Senator Maggie Yates as Chief of Staff, Amelia Tucker as Senator-At-Large and Chief Communications Officer Preston Jenkins retaining his position for a second year

WKU Men’s Basketball adds transfer from North Texas

After a successful 2024-2025 season, WKU Women’s Basketball is getting to work in the offseason.
With the earlier addition of transfer Trinity Rowe on April 17, the Lady Toppers acquired freshman forward Elif Naz Dal on Wednesday.

Eight years ago, Timothy Caboni took charge of Western Kentucky University as its 10th president. Under his leadership, WKU has seen significant successes and limped through tough times Caboni’s contract is up for renewal again at the end of the academic year As regents consider another four-year term for Caboni, it’s appropriate to examine his record.
