Dear
Jake:
 On
behalf
of
myself,
4th
Wall
Relief,
and
the
Karen
Department
of
Health
and
Welfare
I
 wanted
to
pass
along
our
sincerest
thanks
for
your
team’s
efforts
and
for
the
amazing
 contributions
of
your
donors
to
make
this
mission
a
great
success
and
hopefully
the
first
of
 many
future
missions.

 I
also
wanted
to
express
that
this
trip
was
something
unique
in
my
experience
working
 along
the
border.

The
level
of
expertise
brought
to
bear
by
the
TR
team,
and
the
level
of
 bonding
between
the
trainers
and
medics
was
just
inspiring.
Lifelong
friendships
were
born
 and
lifechanging
moments
were
shared
by
all.

 In
another
6
weeks
this
batch
of
medics
will
graduate
from
this
current
training
program.
 Some
will
go
on
to
advanced
training
and
the
rest
will
return
their
villages
and
communities
 in
the
refugee
camps
or
into
the
conflict
zones
in
eastern
Burma.
Either
way
these
young
 men
and
women
face
an
uncertain
future.
With
no
local
doctors,
limited
equipment,
 training,
and
almost
no
international
support
these
medics
risk
everything
to
bring
aid
to
 their
people.
Whatever
training
and
experience
we
can
bring
to
them,
they
will
always
teach
 us
more
about
love,
sacrifice,
courage,
and
honor
than
we
could
ever
know.
May
god
bless
 them
and
keep
them
all
safe.
 Keep
up
the
great
work,
and
I
look
forward
to
working
again
with
Team
Rubicon
as
soon
as
 possible.
 Sincerely,

Rob
