First (and only) custom content provider to both edit RG and other Erickson sites...or actually develop them from ground up! Also taught their first web writing classes, first just to copywriters and then to two higher levels of Erickson personnel (including Exec VPs). Eventually wrote "Web 1.0" with quick pointers on content and layout design.
