State adopted Thanksgiving Day as an annual custom. By
giving symbols the Turkey has become the most well known. The wild turkey is native to northern Mexico and the eastern United States.
The turkey was originally domesticated in Mexico, and

the wild turkey for our official national symbol, Norman Rockwell has probably made the image of the family Thanksgiving turkey even more famous, and certainly more mouth watering.
Thankgiving recipes: Ingredients: 4 turkey cutlets pepper, salt 1 teaspoon butter 1 big onion 0.1 l dry white wine 150 g gorgonzola cheese 100 g Cream fraiche 3 tablespoons green pepper 1 tablespoons parsley, fine chopped

D i r e c t i o n : Season steaks with pepper and salt and fry them very short on both sides. Put them in a heat resistant form. Chop onion in rings und fry them in butter until it is pale brown. Add small pieces of gorgonzola cheese. When is cheese is melted, add the other ingredients (without parsley). Cook all toward a creamy sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the turkey steaks and bake in the preheated o v e n for 15 m i n utes at 225 C.
