BLUES FOR SKIN HEALTH

There are lots of fruits on superfood lists for various purposes, especially berries. Blueberries are considered a superfood because they are packed full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.

They are abundant in vitamins C, A, and E. Each of these vitamins can help to restore your skin cells, making your skin look more vibrant and youthful. Blueberries will also help if your skin has been sun-damaged and to brighten up your skin and leave you with silky smooth hair as well.

Another excellent thing about blueberries is that they are super easy to add to your diet. Try to add some blueberries to your oatmeal or cereal in the morning, have a handful of them for lunch, or add them to frozen yogurt for your evening dessert.

ANTI-AGING WITH BLUES

When you think of anti-aging superfoods you might be looking for foods that focus on your external body. The truth is, anti-aging also deals with your mind and memory as well. If you are concerned about your memory, and have noticed some issues lately, consider adding blueberries to your intake. In addition to anthocyanins, that aid with memory, they also have anti-inflammatory attributes that can help aging muscles and joints. Get some today!
