Two-Phase project for Bar & Banquet Hall

We are thrilled to announce a series of exciting upgrades to our beloved Club. This two-phase project is designed to enhance our facilities, ensuring we continue to provide a top-notch experience for all our members. This project addresses the most-mentioned topic from surveys this year, and we are committed to listening to and acting on your feedback. The funding for these improvements is coming from the capital dues we’ve been collecting this year. Below is an overview of what you can expect in the coming months.

Phase One: Café Renovation

We will kick off our improvements with a makeover of the Café. The updates include:

• New Carpet: Fresh, plush carpeting will be installed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• New Paint: The Café will be repainted in a contemporary color scheme, adding a touch of modern elegance.

• New Bar and Stools: A stylish new bar, complete with comfortable stools, will become the centerpiece of our Café, perfect for socializing and relaxing.

This phase is scheduled to begin sometime in October and is expected to be completed in four weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time and are confident you will love the new look and feel of our Café.

Phase Two: Banquet Hall Upgrade

Following the Café renovation, we will turn our attention to the banquet hall. Enhancements will include:

• Updated Carpet: A new carpet will be installed to elevate the overall ambiance of the space.

• Fresh Paint: The walls will receive a fresh coat of paint, aligning with the updated aesthetic.

• New Banquet Chairs: Comfortable and stylish banquet chairs will replace the old ones, ensuring your events are both elegant and comfortable.

This phase will hopefully commence in January and is expected to take approximately four weeks. We are excited to offer an improved setting for your special events and gatherings.
