49er Update

Who will be the 2024 49er Champion?

The golf has been almost as hot as the weather. July has had us all enjoying the early morning Thursday tee times. Great participation this month. We had stroke play on July 2 & 18. A game of only 3 & 5 pars count on the River and the beginnings of our Championship on July 25, continuing July 30 and August 1st.

In August we’ll have a day of Best Ball, String theory, scramble and a guest day.

49er Team Play Success!

The 2024 Team Play season was a huge success for the Woodbridge 49er Ladies! The standings going into the final round were extremely close at the top — could our trophy be looming in 2025?!

At the final game at Sequoia Woods Nancy Little and Jennie Fuller showed off some terrific Woodbridge talent.

As she proved over the course of the season, Nancy Little’s game improved … by a stroke a hole - very impressive! Keep going, Nancy!

Jennie Fuller topped off her season with a PAR on the challenging Hole #3! WOW!

The Team of: Kathy Cockayne, Cindy Ciboch, Christy Frank, Jennie Fuller, Shannon Hagen, Melissa Krebill, Nancy Little, Cathy Maciel and Laura Reeves proved themselves to be a formidable match for the Central Valley competition. Congratulations!
