HOT ONE'S WINNERS!

BY RYAN BILL GENERAL MANAGER

As part of our shared responsibility in maintaining the standards and harmony of our Club, we want to kindly remind everyone of a few important rules regarding the use of our facilities.

Dumpster Usage Guidelines

Our dumpsters are strictly reserved for Club-related waste. The waste management company we work with enforces stringent rules regarding what can and cannot be disposed of in these bins.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently experienced instances of personal household trash being placed in the Club’s dumpsters. For example, plastic bags of household trash in the recycling dumpster. Each violation results in a hefty fine of more than $400, directly impacting the Club’s operating budget. To help us avoid these unnecessary expenses, we kindly ask that you refrain from using the Club’s dumpsters for personal waste.

Parking Lot Reminders

Certain areas of the parking lot have been lined off with white paint to ensure waste trucks can maneuver and access the dumpsters without obstruction. It is crucial these spaces always remain clear. Parking in these restricted areas not only disrupts service, but also incurs a fine of more than $400 per incident.

We kindly urge all members and guests to park only in designated parking stalls. By doing so, you help us maintain the efficiency and organization of our parking area while avoiding unnecessary fines.

Your Cooperation Matters

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. Your efforts ensure our Club operates smoothly, remains compliant with waste management regulations, and avoids avoidable expenses. Thank you for your attention to these matters and for helping us maintain the high standards of our country club. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our management team.

Reminders from the Staff

We hope you’re enjoying your time on the course and making the most of everything Woodbridge has to offer! As we continue to strive for an exceptional experience for all our members and guests, we’d like to share a couple of reminders to help keep things running smoothly and safely.

1. Please Check In Before You Play or Practice

Whether you’re heading out for a round or just hitting the practice range, please be sure to check in at the Golf Shop or Fitness Center when you arrive. This simple step helps us accurately track who’s playing, whether there are guests involved, cart usage, and more. It also eliminates any unnecessary guesswork and ensures everything is billed correctly. Thank you for helping us keep everything organized and efficient!

2. Walking on the Course is Not Permitted

While we understand the allure of the beautiful course, it’s important to remember that walking on the course during play for leisure (if you’re not golfing) is against Club rules. This policy exists for everyone’s safety—being out on the course increases the risk of being hit by an errant golf ball, tripping on uneven ground, or encountering other hazards. We kindly ask that you refrain from walking the course, and please note that Woodbridge will enforce this rule.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These guidelines help us maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for everyone. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to stop by the golf shop or reach out to our team.
