Our most recent data demonstrates strong progress in closing the gender pay gap; improving from 12.5% in 2022 to 4.2% in 2023. At Woodie’s we promote equality, and are proud to be a welcoming, inclusive, diverse and safe place to work for everyone. In particular, we are actively working on plans to support all colleagues, regardless of gender, with tailored career development opportunities. Woodie’s Gender Pay Gap Reporting 2023

Gender Pay & Equal Pay The gender pay gap is a figure that measures the difference in the average earnings of men and women, regardless of the nature of their work, across the business. This is different to equal pay, which looks at the individual level and is about ensuring that men and women are paid the same for carrying out the same work, or work of equal value. The evaluation of our gender pay data indicates that the difference in average pay is due to a larger number of men being in more senior, higher paid roles.
