C . , h i s e x p e c t e d g r a d u a t i o n d a t e i s M a y, 2 0 2 2 . Through interior design, he aspires to affect the user of a space positively by impacting the users’ philosophy, quality of life, and environmental awareness. Isaac has a passion for sustainable and environmentally friendly design, which is emphasized in his work and personal life. Throughout his young adulthood, he worked in his father’s construction business which provided skills and experience in the realworld application and development of the interior environment. After graduation, he plans to pursue his NCIDQ certification a s w e l l a s b e c o m e a L E E D a n d W E L L A . P. O u t s i d e o f t h e classrooms and into the great outdoors, Isaac is an avid hiker and takes full advantage of the gorgeous Blue Ridge Parkway in the backyard of Boone, N.C.

PROJECT BRIEF CONCEPT: Petrichor & Zephyr LOCATION: Loei, Thailand TYPE: Hospitality, Resort SIZE: 14800 square meters • The resort focuses on the guest narrative and how the space unfolds from their perspective • The design’s interplay of indoor and outdoor spaces emphasizes the human connection to nature and surrounding environment • The Breezeway is a rural style resort with architectural design influence from the local vernacular culture in Thailand • The interior environment is lit primarily through daylight • The entire project was designed using the metric system since it is an internationally based project • Created in Revit, Enscape, Autocad, + Illustrator

02 THE BASHIR RESIDENCE

a juxtaposition of luxe Moroccan stylization and rural rustic aesthetics creating a unique mosaic living space

PROJECT BRIEF CONCEPT: Rustic Arabesque LOCATION: Asheville, NC TYPE: Singe-Family Residential SIZE: ~ 2950 sq. ft. • This project won ASID Carolina’s 2019 - 2020 Otto Zenke competition • The project was renovated from a pre-existing floor plan via floorplans.com • The renovation was developed for an aging in place and ADA compliant home for a non-traditional family consisting of a gay couple, two adopted children, and a wheelchair bound grandmother • The kitchen is designed according to NKBA guidelines • All furniture is specified from sources at the High Point Furniture Market (NC), 2019: to-the-trade with sustainable influence • Designed in Sketchup, Enscape, and Photoshop

PROJECT BRIEF CONCEPT: Dynamique Frost LOCATION: 130 Poplar Grove Connector, Boone NC TYPE: Contract Office SIZE: 5200 sq. ft. • Designed for Rossignol’s marketing and communications team • Utilizes hotel style and free address workstations and ancillary spaces • Focuses on innovative and creative ways to improve creativity and wellbeing in employees • Acoustical and visual privacy is utilized for focus and mental wellbeing • The playroom provides a physical and mental break from work, thus boosting productivity in employees • All furniture is specified through Herman Miller • A study of building codes and standards was integrated into this project
