General Information A non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your event total, is required to reserve your date. The amount of the deposit is 25% of the total estimated event total. An additional 25% is due (4) months prior to the event date. The remaining 50% is due (7) business days prior to the event date, along with a confirmed final guest count. The attendance figure you provide by that date will not be subject to reduction. All events are required to meet a Food and Beverage Minimum expenditure. Minimums may vary due to the date or time of the event. Minimums do not include service charge or site fees. The requirements are quoted prior to booking the event and are stated in the Confirmation Agreement. For minimum requirements for an event under consideration, please contact the Private Events Department. All events have a maximum time limit of five (5) hours. If additional time is required, additional charges will apply. Mandatory service charge is taxable in the state of California. After you provide us with the final selections and arrangements, we will present you with a Banquet Event Order confirming the specific requirements of your event. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages designed to accommodate any event. Please ask about our custom menus. All Food and Beverage must be provided by the Club, unless otherwise arranged with our Private Events Department. Wedding cakes, desserts and candy buffets are excluded from this policy. Wine may be brought in for a corkage fee of $10 per 750ml bottle. Liquor and beer may not be brought in under any circumstances. Each booked client with an estimated invoice of $5,000 or more is invited to attend a tasting prior to his or her event. Tastings are for a maximum of 2 people. Any additional guests will incur a $25.00++ fee. Alcohol is available for purchase during tastings. Wood Ranch requires that all vendors be licensed and insured. Please verify with all of your vendors to insure that they meet these requirements. Proof of insurance may be required if they are not on our preferred vendor list.
