Welcome Running out of space? Time seems to be a persistent enemy to cemeteries and churchyards. As the available land quickly fills up there are fewer spaces to use, making these areas very expensive to maintain from a shrinking budget. With the ever-growing demand for land for development, extensions are becoming harder to find at a viable price.

A new solution... One way of solving this problem in part is to look within existing grounds - perhaps at areas unsuitable for burials - and to convert these areas into a cremation park. With good design and layout it is possible for hundreds of ash remains to be housed with corresponding inscribed tablets - along with tablets acknowledging scattered ashes - in an aesthetically pleasing way, thereby extending the life of a burial ground. We manufacture and supply columbaria, statues and cremation park units for such areas. Some of our designs have uniquely innovative features and we are able to collaborate with local authorities to create purpose-made units. These units can be supplied in a variety of colours and stone types to conform to local rules and regulations.

Timeless craî&#x2020;?manship with quality materials Our versatile columbaria can be erected in the grounds of parks, retirement homes and villages, churches, schools, municipal and private cemeteries, indeed just about anywhere required. î&#x201A;&#x160;ey can be particularly appropriate where space is at a premium, as is oî&#x2020;?en the case in cemeteries.

All the designs shown are available in various colours of granite or stone. As you will see when looking at the dimensions of each columbarium and the numbers of caskets they can incorporate these memorials make efficient use of space in a neat and dignified way. Each tablet has a presence that avoids leaving a family feeling their memorial to be an insignificant part of an enormous monolith. Although a relatively recent innovation, these designs are tried and tested, having been refined over several years. The first units were sold to the Baptist Church in Durbanville, Cape Town and many have since been sold in the United Kingdom.

These unique patented designs are inherently strong structures, requiring no maintenance. They are completely cement-free as all the component parts lock together and once completely assembled can only be disassembled with a forklift or crane. Even the granite tablets incorporated into the design for inscriptions are cement-free. When inscriptions need to be added, these tablets can be removed easily using a secret method. A blank tablet can be substituted whilst the lettering work is carried out. The costs compare well with those of a wall. Less foundation work is necessary and unlike a wall our columbaria can be moved with a forklift if a change of location is necessary at a later date.
