A quick look through the magazine shows me that a total of 11 properties from last months magazine are now SOLD or UNDER OFFER, that’s an incredible result and shows that our local marketing is working for you! In addition to the 11 properties from last months magazine - we received offers on a further 4 properties. Also 7 of the properties we had listed as being available for rent are now LEASED. Our guys are certainly being proactive and getting out there to do the business, WELL DONE TEAM!! A couple of Saturdays ago the Ray White Kalamunda team attended the Kalamunda Primary School Quiz night. We auctioned a Ray White bike that we donated on the night and raised $340.00 on the sale with proceeds going directly to the Primary School. Congratulations to the successful bidder, we had a blast. The Quiz night was extremely well done and many local businesses got behind the school, the end result was very positive outcome for the KPS community. It’s still happening out there we are well into the green zone (when the hills look the best) My tip is if interest rates keep coming down we are going to get some ACTION so if you are thinking of selling contact our office straight away for expert advice and attention. Lotsa Books Pretty much a retail institution in these parts “Lotsa Books” with Jan Fletcher at the wheel has been trading in Kalamunda Central Mall for 17 years. Originally located closer to Haynes Street Jan has recently relocated further up the mall, opposite the escalator entrance to Kalamunda Central in the Central Court complex.
