From the 1st of November 2017 both our Ray White offices will be known as Ray White Aldridge & Associates. This is simply the evolution of the business through its beginning as a Mair and Co franchise in 1984 to an inaugural Ray White Franchise in 1994 (Ray White Kalamunda) till now as Ray White Aldridge and Associates. Why open an office in Forrestfield: Having an office in Forrestfield gives us access to a market we don’t often see on top of the hill. In Kalamunda we mainly deal with homeowners, in Forrestfield we will have access to a wider buyer group incorporating investors and first homebuyers, This means we can also represent our existing client base in who traditionally are a fair proportion of those buyers, in return we can also provide a service to buyers from the wider area with many many more housing choices. Unique - Yes it is. We are looking to provide a niche in the market something that’s been lacking and along with our sister company the Loan Market we are wanting to provide a full in service office that can finance, provide and manage your asset.
