October – Rocktober When I was a kid local radio station 6PM (now 92.9) used to have the month of ROCKTOBER they made it out to be the biggest month of the radio year and broadcast from the Royal Show (wild technology back in the day) They used the Doobie Brothers song “Takin it to the Streets” as their headline song and pumped it continuously during October (Rocktober) anyhow... we have our own Real Estate version of “Roctober” and that is Real Estate in the Hills is all go and Rock and Roll it’s on... Spring is here the hills are Green and the money is on the table and now is definitely the time to “Take it to the Streets.” Make no mistake this is the time to SELL, all the conditions are ripe we are still seeing plenty of buyers, the properties are looking fantastic, the weather is warming up but not too hot, a little bit of rain is still about and as they say….. “Spring has sprung, the grass is riz, I wonder where the money iz.” OK a little artistic licence however, statistics show that the market is active NOW so if you are thinking of selling call one of our agents featured in this magazine.
